Get in touch with our sales team. We’ll get to know you and understand your lifestyle, specific needs, and budget. This home will be built to suit you and your family, so we’ll listen closely and answer any questions you may have.
Choosing Your Home
We'll help you identify your priorities and present the best home options. If our home and land packages don’t suit your needs, we can design your dream energy-efficient home or help you find the right land.
Refining Your Home Design
Once you’ve selected your home, we’ll help with materials, finishes, and design details. We’ll compile a detailed proposal and pricing booklet, ensuring clarity on all aspects of your build.
Energy Modelling
At this stage, we’ll energy model your home for efficiency, using our in-house passive house architect. They’ll assess how much energy your home will use annually, flag any potential issues, and refine the design to ensure maximum performance. With this process, you’ll have confidence that your home will be energy-efficient.
Stage Two: Construction
Watch as your vision takes shape with our expert construction process.
Meet Your Construction Manager
Your Construction Manager takes over and becomes your primary contact, ensuring smooth communication as your home is built.
Construction Milestones
Your Construction Manager will keep you updated at key milestones, such as laying the slab, completing the roof, and finishing your kitchen.
Blower Door Test
Once your home is airtight, we conduct a blower door test to measure how well your home maintains air pressure and confirm that energy data from pre-construction was accurate. This gives you peace of mind that your home has been constructed with precision and energy efficiency.
Stage Three:
Post Construction
The journey doesn’t end once the build is complete—it’s just the beginning of life in your new home.
Professional Clean
We provide a professional clean, so your home is spotless when you move in.
Key Handover
We’ll walk you through the finished project and ensure you’re satisfied. You’ll receive your Welcome Home Pack, which includes warranty and maintenance information, all stored in cloud-based software for easy access.
Maintenance Check-Ups
We’ll stay in touch and remain available for any questions. Your peace of mind continues with us, even after you’ve settled in.
